Ordering

How long does it usually take for dispatch?

If your order is placed before 12pm AEST, we ship on the same business day. If there is an issue that prevents this from happening, you'll hear from one of our team.

Dispatch times may be exceeded during times of sale or peak periods.

Can I add to my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, we're not able to add to an order unless the original order is for a pre order item. Please email hello@tinytrader..com.au

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out you can request an exchange for another item or credit.
