30 Day Change Of Mind Returns

Online & In Store orders can be returned for a credit note if we receive it back within 30 days of receiving the order. 

Self Serve Returns - Please process your return application through your customer account. Allow up to 2 business days for your return to be approved and a shipping label to be sent to your email.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Your credit will exclude the return shipping fee and any other initial shipping fees. 

The item being returned must be in original condition with all tags attached, if it is returned in a condition prohibiting us from resale we are unable to provide a credit or return. The item will be returned at the expense of the customer. 

Due to hygiene reasons - strictly no returns on dummies, teethers, dummy chains, breast pad or any other personal items.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, as per your consumer rights you will be offered a full refund or exchange. Please email hello@tinytrader.com.au with details and photos of the faulty/damaged item.
