Change Of Mind
Online orders can be returned for a credit note if we receive it back within 7 days of you receiving the order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning and we will send you a return form. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges and credit won't include any initial shipping charges. The item being returned must be in original condition with all tags attached, if it is returned in a condition prohibiting us from resale we are unable to provide a credit or return. The item will be returned at the expense of the customer.
No returns on dummies, teethers, dummy chains or nappies for hygiene reasons.
In store returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Change of mind returns will be offered a credit note or exchange.
If your item is faulty you are entitled to a full refund or exchange. Please email email@example.com with details and photos of the faulty item.

On the rare occasion we may have discrepancies with our inventory and not be able to fulfil your order. If this occurs you will either be issued a refund, a product alternative if one is suitable or if we're expecting new stock you may choose to wait.
