Free shipping offer applies to domestic standard shipping only and excludes bulky products and furniture.

Orders placed before 10am AEST will be dispatched on the same day directly from our store on the Gold Coast - except for during busy periods including sales and product releases. In this case dispatch may take a little longer.
All standard parcels are sent via Australia Post (Bulky items will be sent using Direct Freight) from the Gold Coast, shipping times will vary depending on your location but will usually arrive within 3-7 business days.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been packed.
Click & Collect is available from our store at Robina. In most cases in store pick up will be ready within 2 hours, however please allow up to 2 business days from order time to pick up in the event we need to organise a warehouse transfer. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for collection.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Online Orders
Online orders may be returned and exchanged for a store credit only if:
- The return is requested within 14 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags are attached
- Proof of purchase is provided

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
In-Store Purchases
In store purchases may be returned within 14 days of purchase for:
- An exchange or store credit only
Items must be:
- In original condition
- Unused and unworn
- With all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Dummies
- Teethers
- Dummy chains
- Nappies
- Postpartum hygiene products
*or any items intended for personal/ bodily use
Faulty Items
If an item is deemed faulty, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or exchange in line with Australian Consumer Law.

- Your order details
- A description of the fault
- Photos of the item
Out of Stock Items
In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will offer you:
- A full refund, or
- A suitable replacement, or
- The option to wait for restock
DISCLAIMER: We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if an item is deemed unhygienic, used, or not in a condition suitable for resale.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, as per your consumer rights you will be offered a full refund or exchange. Please email hello@tinytrader.com.au with details and photos of the faulty/damaged item.
