DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

Free shipping offer applies to domestic standard shipping only and excludes bulky products and furniture.

Express Shipping $20.00 or $15 for orders over $200

Orders placed before 10am AEST will be dispatched on the same day directly from our store on the Gold Coast - except for during busy periods including sales and product releases. In this case dispatch may take a little longer. 

All standard parcels are sent express via Australia Post (Bulky items will be sent using Direct Freight) from the Gold Coast, shipping times will vary depending on your location but will usually arrive within 1-2 business days.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been packed.

CLICK & COLLECT

Click & Collect is available from our store at Robina. In most cases in store pick up will be ready within 2 hours, however please allow up to 2 business days from order time to pick up in the event we need to organise a warehouse transfer. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for collection. 

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Online & In Store orders can be returned for a credit note if we receive it back within 30 DAYS of receiving the order. 

Self Serve Returns - Please process your return application through your customer account. Allow up to 2 business days for your return to be approved and a shipping label to be sent to your email. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Your credit will exclude the return shipping fee and any other initial shipping fees. 

The item being returned must be in original condition with all tags attached, if it is returned in a condition prohibiting us from resale we are unable to provide a credit or return. The item will be returned at the expense of the customer. 

Due to hygiene reasons - strictly no returns on dummies, teethers, dummy chains, breast pad or any other personal items.

FAULTY ITEM RETURNS

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, as per your consumer rights you will be offered a full refund or exchange. Please email hello@tinytrader.com.au with details and photos of the faulty/damaged item.
