As part of the transition of ownership on 15 September 2025, Tiny Trader underwent a full update of its policies and systems.

Any store credits issued prior to this date (15/09/2025) were created under the previous ownership and governed by their policies and terms. As these were not issued under our ownership or systems, we are unfortunately unable to extend, reinstate, or override any expired store credits, as they remain subject to the original conditions under which they were issued.

While we completely understand this may be disappointing, this is outside of our control from both a policy and administrative standpoint.

Since taking over the business, we have carefully reviewed and updated our policies to better reflect our values. Placing a strong focus on fairness, transparency, and creating a positive experience for our community. All store credits issued from 15/09/2025 onwards are governed by our current policy.
